Eligibility / 18+

This website and all appointment-request features are intended exclusively for adults 18 years of age or older. By submitting an appointment request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Appointments & Booking Requests

Submitting an appointment request does not automatically create or guarantee an appointment. All requests are subject to availability and are reviewed individually by Brittany.

Your preferred date, time, session type, and duration will be confirmed directly before your appointment is finalized.

50% Upfront Booking Payment

A 50% upfront payment is required to secure and reserve your appointment time. The remaining 50% balance is due at the time of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

The upfront payment helps protect reserved appointment time, reduces last-minute cancellations and no-shows, and allows Brittany to prepare specifically for your scheduled session. Because your selected time is set aside exclusively for you, other appointment requests may be declined once your reservation has been secured.

An appointment is not considered fully reserved until the required upfront payment has been received and your booking has been confirmed.

Confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed only after the required booking payment has been received and you have received direct confirmation from Brittany.

Please do not make travel arrangements or assume that a requested time has been reserved until you receive confirmation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much advance notice as possible. Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Because appointment time is specifically reserved for each client, late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the upfront booking payment being non-refundable. Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling terms will be communicated before the appointment is finalized.

Late Arrival

Please arrive or be ready at the agreed appointment time. If you are running late, contact Brittany as soon as possible.

Late arrival may shorten the available session time when another appointment follows. Additional time cannot always be guaranteed.

Communication

Contact information provided through this website may be used to respond to your inquiry, coordinate your appointment, provide booking updates, and communicate information directly related to your requested service.

Client Conduct & Professional Boundaries

All sessions are provided according to the services, expectations, and professional boundaries communicated during booking. Respectful and appropriate conduct is required at all times.

Brittany reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if conduct becomes inappropriate, unsafe, threatening, abusive, or inconsistent with the agreed professional boundaries.

Website Use

This website and its forms must be used only for legitimate inquiries and appointment requests. Users must not misuse website features, interfere with site operation, submit unlawful or malicious content, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website.
